RoDragRacing announces a series of updates to the 2026 competition calendar, as well as the launch of a new European-level project.

*RoDrag Fest – June 26–28, 2026 | Transilvania Motor Ring*
Between June 26–28, RoDrag Fest will take place, bringing together multiple motorsport and automotive community activities:
* 300m Drag Racing competition
* Hotlap sessions
* Car Meeting & Expo
* Gymkhana Show
* Donut Box
The event is open to both competitors and the general public, in an extended format compared to standard race rounds.

*Rounds 2 & 3 – Revised Format | July 10–12, 2026*
The round initially scheduled for July 11–12 will be extended and reorganized into a three-day event, including two rounds of the National Drag Racing Championship:
*Friday (July 10)*
* Test & Tune
* Qualifying for Round 2
*Saturday (July 11)*
* Qualifying for Round 2
* Round 2 Finals (midday)
* Qualifying for Round 3
*Sunday (July 12)*
* Qualifying for Round 3
* Round 3 Finals
The detailed timetable will be published separately.
This change is made in the context of rescheduling the autumn round, in order to maintain a balanced and consistent championship calendar.

*Drag Elite Europe – October 1–4, 2026*
Between October 1–4, 2026, RoDragRacing will launch *Drag Elite Europe*, a new concept developed in partnership with 402.ba.
Official platform: *DragElite.eu*
Drag Elite Europe is designed as a high-level European drag racing event, focused on performance and international participation. The concept includes:
* Participation of some of the fastest drag racing cars in Europe
* Cash prizes
* A dedicated competition format focused exclusively on straight-line performance
This event is independent from the National Drag Racing Championship.
